One of the most important self-management skills involves controlling and budgeting your time. Gaining control of your time and your life involves identifying time wasters and determining your peak energy level. Managing time also involves identifying goals, setting priorities, and creating an action plan. I am always either working or at school at this time range during the week, but I have noticed on the weekends I really do not have a set high-energy level it just comes and goes. Now is that because we as humans set our high-energy levels to trigger due to our environmental needs? What are your thoughts on that Greg?
5. When do you study? Where do you study? Is any study time during your high-energy period as defined by Circadian Rhythm?
I study normally in the time range of 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM than I go to bed; of course this is during the week as I attend in seat class. Than on the weekend I study when I feel like it which is usally all day and night, but with several Breaks in between some longer than others. I study in my Bedroom where I have created a nice peaceful atmosphere other than my music that plays in the background. Well as I asked you in the previous question do we tend to manipulate our own high-energy cycles? See I think that I am able to on the weekends due to the relax atmosphere, but during the chaos of the week it surly seems to be it a cycle that I no longer control. Answer is yes for the fact is I am in a class room atmosphere from 5:45 to 7:00 PM four nights a week usally that is and I do study during my high-energy level.

Time Management Strategies
Time management has been one of the greatest hurdles of my scholastic career. Sadly it improves gradually. Procrastination was the name of the game for me for a while. Needless to say, I had poor time management skills. I would often wonder why I would let myself do this almost every time I had to do something. I didn’t like the trend I was in and I needed another way to get things done. Then I realized that being a procrastinator only hindered my potential of becoming the student I knew I could be. So with a little more discipline I am able to do my work to the best of my ability. I have taken some classes in the past that dealt with this subject. Another big factor in being a better time manager is to realize where you are wasting time. If you can figure out where all your time is going then you can focus on what you can do to improve your ability to seize the day! Finding your faults in the lack of time efficiency is the first step in becoming a brilliant time manager and a productive person. I have found some interesting tips and models showing what other people use or do to improve their time management. Most tips were repetitive but very useful. What I am going to do is name off ten tips from the five sources that I have narrowed down to use in my research. All of these tips are not in any sort of order of importance. Number one is probably my favorite time management tool. Number one is implement a time management plan. “The objective is to change your behaviors over time to achieve whatever general goal you've set for yourself, such as increasing your productivity or decreasing your stress. So you need to not only set your specific goals, but track them over time to see whether or not you're accomplishing them.1” This is such good reasoning. This one goes after the source, your own daily behaviors. Once you have your plan in place, it is time to implement that plan. If you are not used to planning things out then you need to do some
